ABOUT
Emily Albert-Stauning is passionate about using storytelling and music to create a more empathic world. She is an Emmy Award winning actress (Upper Midwest-Into the Outdoors 2016), musical theater performer, and singer songwriter beloved for her vulnerability on stage, vocal range, heartfelt lyrics, and hooky melodies. She has had national and local commercial success in musical theater, film, television and commercial work. She performs her original music across the US. As a teen, she penned critically acclaimed tribute song “Don’t Worry” for children and families facing terminal illness at Crescent Cove Children’s Hospice Center. She is currently in the process of creating her first full album release.
Albert-Stauning is also a poet and social justice activist. She speaks at conferences about the ways artistic expression can teach social justice.
